Bradley International Airport (BIA) recently resolved their parking space battle. They built a new parking facility; but with a difference.

Working closely with Amano McGann and their parking systems products distributor, Industrial Time and Systems (I-T-S) of Wallingford CT, TBI Construction and APCOA Standard Parking (facility operator), BIA resolved their immediate problem while planning for future growth. The facility has larger capacity, smoother traffic flow, and more competitive parking fee rates. Security and convenience are also enhanced.

Success can be attributed to teamwork. However, APCOA Standard Parking ensured the facility had state of the art equipment and software, placing Bradley squarely on the cutting edge of parking and revenue technology. Tomasso Brothers (construction managers) partnered with APCOA to design and fund the garage; while Frank E. Downes Construction Company (general contractor) built the facility and oversaw quality and scheduling.

I-T-S installed the Revenue & Access controls for the project - pulling cable, installing equipment, final terminations, networking equipment and software. Also supplying support, and training. The goal to provide a neat, clean, and reliable communications network for all locations, minimize cable runs and maximize service was easily met.
