      Amano product service and support is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (Eastern).
      If you have purchased your goods thru one of our authorized dealer, please contact them first for product support.

Operations Manuals
      You can also obtain a FREE electronic copy of the time clocks operations manual by visiting each product page using the left menu bar. You can also purchase a hard copy of the manual by visiting our supplies and accessories online store or by clicking here.

Return Policy
      In order to return an Amano time clock or terminal, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) by contacting Amano within 30 days of product purchase. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase in the form of an original order number or invoice copy. Software and special-order products are not eligible for return. Returned items must be complete, with all original accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc. If possible, use the original box for shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned products.
